Admission Procedure

  • Parents and Guardians can pick up Application Form(s) for entrance proceedings costing GHS 100.00 from the school's Administration.
  • Entrance examination date shall be communicated to Parents/Guardians, specifically from the administrator when application form(s) is/are submitted and paid for.
  • Parents will be contacted to be informed of the status of the ward(s) admission, after the entrance examination.
  • Parents and Guardians can pick up admission Forms at a fee from the school's Administration after ward(s) admission status is\are confirmed.
  • Parent/Guardians will be required to provide the following:
      Provide one recent passport size photograph.
      Photocopy of selected pages of ward(s) immunization card (Creche & K.G)
      Complete admission form(s) and submit them to Administration (all required pages must be filled)
  • An Admission letter shall be given when the itemized school fees has been settled either in full or in part.
  • Parents and Guardians must pay at least 80% of school fees within a week after receipt of admission letter before the ward(s) will be admitted into the assigned class.
  • A date for Orientation for pupils/students will be communicated later.
    1. Registration for the pupils/students commences in September of each academic year. The child's birth certificate and the record of immunization on the weighing card will be checked.
      Admission is only possible if a vacancy exists. Ward(s) can be admitted into all classes except JHS
  • All children will be required to take an entrance examination except creche pupils.
    1. Creche: From one (1) to two (2) years old. (A child who has started walking)
      Nursery: Two (2) to three (3) years old.
      Kindergarten: From four (4) to five (5) years.
      Class one to JHS: Six (6) years and above All depending on ward(s) academic performance.

      School Hours
      Creche to Nursery - 7:30 am to 3:00 pm
      KG to Class 6: - 7:30 am to 3:20 pm
      JHS 1 - 3: - 7:30 am to 3:20 pm
      (Extended hours are permitted after an agreed arrangements with the school and such agreement have financial commitments) Creche and Nursery pupils shall not vacate but shall enjoy a break of one week during vacation. This service shall be paid for.

    Curriculum

    The pre-school is Montessori focused, whilst the primary and JHS respectively are to be run using traditional method of teaching approved by Ghana Education Service. By extension the curriculum is a mixed one, comprising of Montessori and G.E.S.(Ghana Education Service)

    Hair Styles

    All pupils/students must have neat hairstyles. Girls' hairs should be short or plaited in a simple style. Parents/Guardians should note that attachments, dyed hair, straightening, ribbons and hair decorations are not allowed. Boys "punk" hairstyles are also not allowed

    First Aid

    First Aid also includes medical screening for each pupil/student.

    Stationeries

    Stationeries and equipment in respect of tuition will be provided by the school.

    Uniforms

    The prescribed uniforms for school thus, Main uniform, P.E. kits and T-Shirt shall be provided by the school in accordance with fees schedule (attached). All students are expected to wear black shoes and white socks with the prescribed uniform and P.E kits with trainers with black socks during P.E. Parents are asked to support the school uniform policy and not allow their children to wear any clothing that is un-prescribed. Black shoes must be polished. Prescribed footwear must be worn.

    School Fees

    Parents/Guardians must confirm their acceptance of any place(s) offered to their ward(s) by paying a commitment fee, which will be drawn against the total fees to be paid. School fees are to be paid termly or by special arrangement in two installments only. We entreat parents to fully pay up all fees by the end of the mid-term break. Feeding fees and transport fee are pro-rated by the week. Transport services are available on request/demand Pupils and Students are given lunch. Fees paid are not refundable.

      Our aim is to satisfy Parents/Guardians at all times. If a Parent/Guardian has a complaint, the school would love to hear from such Parent/Guardian.
